American Jobs & Economy

Job creation by the government is a myth

  • Government does not create jobs.
  • Just the opposite is true.
  • For the government to spend money it must first confiscate the money.
  • Government confiscates wealth from the productive class and redistributes it to those special interests that it deems entitled.

Government taxing and spending crowds out private sector jobs.

  • The State grows at the direct expense of the private sector.
  • Private sector jobs have grown 170% since 1948 while Government “jobs” have grown 350% during the same period.
  • Therein lies the problem.
  • Government takes too much out of the economy.
